Absolutely Barbara, the louvers in the arch shutters from Kirtz are connected by a curved tilt rod behind the shutter. We have several on display in our North Hampton Showroom if you would like to see them in person. I am sorry to hear about the loss of your home. I hope that you and your family are all safe. We are rebuilding our house after a fire. I’m wondering if the NH Arch Shutter slats are moveable from the ground or only from a ladder.

Woodfold Mfg Inc, in Forest Grove,OR, is the interior wood shutter mfg in the US that is FSC certified. Anyone can claim to be “green”, but only Woodfold can claim FSC certied interior wood shutters.
