For homeowners with a wall of windows needing shades to operate by remote control, Or media buffs creating a home theater complete with motorized blackout shades, Or commercial clients needing discreet draperies for a boardroom or training environment, Verticals Etc is the answer. We are trained and certified by the factory to install the simplest to the most complicated systems.

If you are considering motorized shades or planning a home theater, please consider the following:

• If the window treatment is to be automated, plan ahead for wiring when possible to reduce the electrician's cost.

• Decide how dark you need the room. Absolute darkness can be achieved, but usually requires side tracked black out roller shades (not the most attractive product.)

• Theater shading is not inexpensive. Motorization typically adds $200 to $700 per opening. Remote controls and integrated control systems are all available. Just be sure you have a realistic budget first.

Often projects require a team effort. We will work closely with your media vendor, electrician or Interior Designer to ensure that the completed project will be as perfect as you hope.
